What we can host
A private event on one of Australia's best-known beaches.
ALANI Experience holds a Commercial Activity Agreement to host events on Whitehaven Beach for up to 60 guests. Weddings, proposals, milestone celebrations, corporate groups and families travelling together.
Every package is priced to the event: guest numbers, catering, drinks, styling, entertainment and activities. We work through what you need, then quote it.

How it works
Planning your event.
Pricing
Event packages start from $8,500 and are quoted to your event. Send us your date, guest numbers and what you have in mind and we’ll prepare a proposal.
Transfers and access
Guest transfers, timing, beach access and any additional vessels are planned for your event and set out in your proposal. M/Y ALANI carries up to 35 guests by day.
Catering and drinks
Catering and beverages are planned with you and priced in your proposal. See our dining and drinks options for the kind of food we serve on board.
Weather
Beach events depend on weather and conditions. We’ll talk through a wet-weather plan for your group when we prepare your proposal.
Permissions and conditions
Events are run under ALANI Experience’s Commercial Activity Agreement and the conditions that apply to it. We confirm what applies to your event, including location and guest numbers, when we quote.
